Portrait Sessions:
All deposits are non-refundable. If you miss or are late for your reserved date and time you forfeit your deposit and Jaime Johnson Photography reserves the right to cancel your session without obligation to reschedule.

Print/Product Orders:
Once payment in made print/product orders may not be changed or canceled. Prints are non-returnable and non-refundable. Production and Shipping timeframes, and arrival dates are not guaranteed. All print/product orders need to be inspected upon arrival and any defects or damage need to be reported to Jaime Johnson Photography within 3 days of receiving the print/product order.
